    A $5,000 deposit is required to reserve your Custom Home Lot/Toy Box Hangar Lot Combo Package. Check should be made payable to First American Title Company and mailed to SPH, LLC at the address listed below. Be sure to download and complete the Lot Reservation Form and send it along with your deposit.

    We will acknowledge your reservation request and advise to its status withing 48 hours. As always, feel free to call at any time. Upon our acceptance of your reservation First American Title will establish your escrow account number. If you would like your escrowed deposit placed in an interest bearing account please include a $25 check along with your completed form W-9. This form can be downloaded from the link found below.

Arizona law affords you the opportunity to cancel your reservation and retrieve your full deposit at any time. Upon issuance of our Public Report by the Arizona Department of Real Estate you will have seven (7) days to enter into a Purchase Contract or cancel your reservation and retrieve your full deposit (plus interest, if applicable).
