The Toy Box Hangars will be sold as shells having 18-foot ceilings so the units can be fitted with human lofts or lifts for additional cars and/or planes. Many will be equipped with bathrooms, showers, sleeping quarters and kitchen or bar facilities. Creative construction guidelines and restrictions ensure that each unit will embrace the specific needs of the individual buyer.
